My name is Cory Sato and on October 3, 2021, my life changed forever. My baby brother Chayse died in OC in a solo vehicle car accident. It devastated me. I was down for a solid 6 weeks; I cried every day. I knew I was grieving but I also knew that I could help myself feel better. I needed to follow Chayse’s lead and challenge myself to do hard things and take the small steps every day to improve, physically and mentally.
Chayse Noriyuki Sato was the embodiment of honor, courage, love, patriotism and family. He was an amazing human, brother, son, uncle and friend to so many. In his memory and honor, I've embarked on this journey to create a space that fosters wellness, community, and the spirit of continuous improvement or "Kaizen" (everyday is an opportunity for improvement, even if only by 1%) as we like to define it. A place where people can come together to support each other in their wellness journeys. I want to help people like he helped me, to “Chayse Life”
